The Assessment

The Creating Wellness Assessment

Using state-of-the-art, scientific technology and a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire, our assessment evaluates the wellness of your employees in each of the 3 dimensions.

  • Physical (Fitness & Exercise)
  • Biochemical (Weight & Nutrition)
  • Psychological (Lifestyle, Mind, Spirit)

The Creating Wellness Assessment measures and records such factors as nervous system function, body composition, cardiovascular and respiratory function, body strength, and stress response - and over 50 other factors that are crucial indicators of your employee's overall wellness. This evaluation allows us to focus on the specific needs that must be met in order for your employee to increase their wellness in all 3 dimensions. The Creating Wellness Corporate Program is not only customized to meet your individual employee's wellness needs, but  is also designed to be flexible to meet your corporate benefits objective.

By having employees assessed a minimum of two times per year, employees are able to chart their own progress and see their improvements as they make changes in their lifestyle. The employer is also able to see group wellness progress reports by department or population.

What is your employee's Wellnes Quotient?
What will it be, one year from now?

Unique to the Creating Wellness program is the Wellness Quotient (WQ) - a number value that indicates where an employee's personal level of wellness falls on the scale of the wellness continuum. It is calculated by the results of a wellness assessment that includes an employee questionnaire combined with a series of non-invasive technological assessments. Our powerful computer software uses the assessment to calculate the employee's Wellness Quotient. Your Wellness Quotient is a snapshot of your overall state of wellness - think of it as your Wellness IQ. It is the sum total of your present Physical, Bio-Chemical and Psychological well-being - and the foundation from which you will begin to create wellness in your life. Once this evaluation is complete, we will have the necessary information to personalize a program for each employee and provide you, the employer, with the average employee "Wellness Quotient." The WQ becomes an important accountability tool that can be sorted by department or division.
