·       Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the most common and best-known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm. This type of massage is considered to be one of the most relaxing styles. Your massage therapists will adjust the pressure according to your sensitivity and preference.

·       Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a deeper more intense massage. This technique uses slow, deep guided strokes and firm pressure designed to relieve severe tension and reach below the superficial muscles. Deep Tissue Massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain and soreness in both large and small muscle groups.

·       Trigger Point
Trigger points are sore, painful spots that occur in a muscle. Most people refer to trigger points as knots. They are called trigger points because they "trigger" a painful response that often refers pain to different parts of your body. Trigger Point Massage uses concentrations of finger pressure on each trigger point to prevent cycles of muscle pain and spasms. Trigger Point Massage provides benefits after just one session.

**For an extra $20 you can ask your therapist to add hot stone or sports massage to any massage techniques above to create a massage fusion experience you won’t be able to forget.**

Additional Services

Cupping $69 per session

Cupping is an alternative therapy that originated in China.

Cupping involves placing glass, bamboo or plastic jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup. The purpose of cupping is to potentially enhance circulation, help relieve pain, and pull out the toxins that linger in your body's tissues.

This therapy is recommended for and can potentially relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and in some cases help with cellulite.

You usually will feel a tight sensation in the area of the cup. Often, this sensation is relaxing and soothing. They may remain on your body briefly or for longer amounts of time. Each treatment is unique to you on that particular day. Cups work well on many different areas but more so on fleshy sections of the body.

This therapy is intense and can take time to complete. Cupping can take between 20-40 minutes to perform depending on the areas being treated and complexity of the situation.
Please be prepared to be here for at least 45 minutes to fill out paperwork, receive instructions for care and have the actual treatment performed.
**Typically cupping will cause the skin to temporarily turn red, blue or purple, especially if there is an injury under the area that was cupped. The skin discoloration can last anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, but is rarely painful. Once the marks have cleared, the procedure can be repeated until the condition or ailment is resolved.**
